Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Finnlines is currently seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience in your work schedule. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through various digital channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurate information about Finnlines products and services. 3. Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Process customer orders and bookings. 5. Maintain customer records and follow up on customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on Finnlines policies, procedures, and offerings.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Driven and confident with a positive attitude. 5. Strong presentation skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 6. Proficient in using digital communication tools and systems. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
