Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Varjo Technologies' products and services. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with a high level of accuracy. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 6. Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments. 3. Strong drive to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed performance goals. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to research and problem-solve independently. 6. Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
