Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
