Job Description: UPM-Kymmene is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general support issues - Respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner - Process orders accurately and efficiently in our system - Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals - Update customer records and information in the database as needed
Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong presentation and attention to detail soft skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience working in a contact center or customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
