Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


As a Contact Center Representative at Hilton in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with booking reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and policies - Assist customers with booking reservations and making changes to existing bookings - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve knowledge of hotel products and services to better assist customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Dedicated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence their decisions - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure
