Job Description:
As a Remote Contact Center Representative at Paulig, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Documenting interactions with customers in the CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company policies and procedures to maintain quality service standards
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
