Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

IQM Quantum Computers is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with scheduling appointments and updating customer information in the database - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements: - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong time management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
