Job Description - Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individual who possesses excellent research and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as needed. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. 5. Utilize various software systems to input customer data, update records, and track progress on customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on Hilton’s products, services, and promotions to better assist customers. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and meet department objectives. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, even during high-pressure situations.


Requirements: 1. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Strong research and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 7. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
