Contact Center Specialist

Olvi, a leading beverage company in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a passionate and resilient Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy - Providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution - Achieving and exceeding targets for customer satisfaction and response time - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment - Excellent project management skills and a strong sense of cooperation - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
