Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


As a Contact Center Specialist at Inscripta in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary - Assist in the development of training materials and resources for new hires


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Strategic planning and analysis skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
