Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Kesko is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity for reliable and independent individuals to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions - Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computers and office software - Must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Must be eligible to work in Finland
