Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Loupedeck, a cutting-edge technology company based in Helsinki, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global clientele.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Handle administrative tasks related to customer support as needed.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable work ethic. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
