Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and independence, as well as the soft skills of cooperation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate channels - Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
