Job Description:
Solita is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As an entry level position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, passionate, and looking to develop their skills in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and effectively resolving their concerns - Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, and chat to assist customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to the job - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative and supporting team members as needed - Adapt quickly to changes and challenges in the contact center environment
Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication purposes - Resourceful and able to problem-solve efficiently - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
