Job Description:
Smartly.io is seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. 4.
