Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Tamturbo. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and exhibit personality traits such as resilience and confidence.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers efficiently and professionally. 2. Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues. 3. Utilize strategic planning to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and achieve performance goals. 5. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and colleagues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 5. Confidence in making decisions and problem-solving independently. 6. Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
