Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Kojamo, a leading real estate company in Helsinki, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be performed remotely from home, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexibility and work-life balance. As an entry-level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, payments, and general information about our real estate properties - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs set by the company


Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual who can effectively work from home and manage their own schedule - Strong critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively - Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
