Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Third Space Auto is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to answer customer questions effectively - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
