Customer Care Assistant

Fortum is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Customer Care Assistant at Fortum, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media 2. Assisting customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner 4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures 7. Providing support to the Customer Care Manager as needed

Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience 2. Hardworking and resourceful attitude 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers 4. Excellent presentation skills 5. Visa sponsorship available 6. Company transportation provided 7. Disability insurance included
