Job Description:
Loupedeck is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Contribute to the development of customer care processes and procedures - Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Resilient and independent personality traits - Creativity and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
