Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Valmet is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Turku, FI. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and retention, as well as promoting a positive image of the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, issue resolution, and other queries - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily - Provide support to the sales team as needed - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills - Presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills - Fluent in English and Finnish
