Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team at Qt Group in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a confident and adaptable personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong time management skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems - Fluency in English and Finnish
