Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Altia is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, have strong decision-making skills, and possess project management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in our database - Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting solutions - Assisting with projects related to customer care and support as needed

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work part-time hours - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Project management skills
