Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Kojamo, a leading real estate company in Finland, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service requests. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database. 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 9. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Hardworking and dedicated personality traits. 6. Strong decision-making and planning soft skills. 7. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
