Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Valmet is seeking a Customer Care Associate to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Update customer accounts and records as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a passion for customer care - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
