Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Optomed is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team in Tampere, Finland. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner 4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to upper management 5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and resolve customer issues effectively 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic 2. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills 3. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment 4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) 7. Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
