Job Description:
Enevo, a leading waste management technology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
As a Customer Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the customer support team and ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will be responsible for training and coaching team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements to the customer care process.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the customer support team, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally - Develop and maintain customer care policies and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer care, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores - Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions as needed - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent persuasion skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
