Kesko is looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in customer care management and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer care management - Proven experience managing a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
