Job Description:
Metsä Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of the customer care program. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve our service offerings.
Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success. 2. Motivated and resourceful individual with strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
