Remote Customer Care Manager

Neles is currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in customer care management.

As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Neles, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of remote customer care representatives, handling escalated customer issues, implementing customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and analyzing data to track performance metrics.
