Job Description - Customer Care Manager

The Customer Care Manager at Elisa Corporation is a key position responsible for managing the customer care team and ensuring exceptional customer service. This part-time role, located in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI, requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the customer care team to deliver outstanding service to customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track team performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and onboard new team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer care processes


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations - Driven to achieve results and exceed customer expectations - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Persuasion skills to influence team members and stakeholders - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Must be eligible to work in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI - Equal opportunity employer
