Job Description:
Marimekko, a leading Finnish design house known for its bold prints and colors, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to work remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service roles, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives remotely, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
