Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Kojamo is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer care team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer care team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the customer care team - Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience - Train and onboard new customer care team members - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer care, with a proven track record of success - Resourceful and independent with strong decision-making skills - Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
