Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Officer to join our team at Tamturbo in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and maintaining open communication. 4. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 7. Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 8. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers. 9. Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent planning and organization skills. 4. Persuasive and able to influence others positively. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. No prior experience required, training will be provided. 7. Must be fluent in English and Finnish.
