Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team in Turku, Varsinais-Suomi, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a problem-solving mindset - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail when managing customer accounts and data - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing product recommendations and additional information to assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Finnish
