Customer Care Officer

Job description:

F-Secure is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team in Turku, FI. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required – just a confident and energetic attitude. We are looking for individuals who possess strong leadership and cooperation skills to provide exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. 3. Document customer interactions and feedback for data analysis and continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution. 6. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with strong communication skills. 2. Demonstrated leadership and cooperation abilities. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
