Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

ICEYE is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all customer queries.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order adjustments - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Assist with updating and maintaining customer records and databases

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
