Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Uponor is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are energetic, motivated, innovative, and excellent planners.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer care operations. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused. 7. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
