Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Care Officer to join our team at MariaDB in Helsinki, Finland. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers. 6. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing strategies to improve customer retention.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customers. 4. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change quickly. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer service software.
