Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

HappyOrNot is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a work from home position, so the ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide product information and troubleshooting support to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in resolving billing and account issues

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Strong project management and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
