Job Description:
Solita is looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident attitude - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - No previous experience required, entry-level position
