Job Description:
HappyOrNot is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Care Officer to join our team and work from home. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7.
