Job Description:

Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention 3. Providing product demonstrations and training to customers 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes 5. Analyzing customer feedback and recommending solutions for improvement 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Resourceful and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
