Job Description:
Vire Labs is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing excellent customer service to our clients. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer care.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 6. Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues. 3. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 7. Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. 8. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
