Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

GrainSense is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, FI on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty claims - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update the database as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty - Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer care processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
