Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tamturbo in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and orders via phone, email, and in person. 2. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. 3. Conduct research to resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and promote products or services. 5. Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 6. Assist in training new customer service team members and provide ongoing support and guidance. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a customer service role for at least 2 years. 2. Confident and passionate individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. 4. Excellent research skills to gather information and address customer inquiries. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members. 6. Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer service tasks. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
