Job Description:
The Customer Service Assistant at Raisio plc will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate about customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on leadership and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Processing customer orders and filling requests - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and files - Assisting with special projects and events as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
