Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Qt Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. The successful candidate will possess strong adaptability and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
