Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Sensible 4 is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments - Providing support to the sales and marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - Must be a resident of Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland
