Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Paulig is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Assistant in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and product information - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Working independently to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently - Making quick and effective decisions to enhance customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent decision-making skills to resolve customer issues efficiently - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work part-time hours in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI - High school diploma or equivalent required
